About The Job
As an HRIS Application Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Human Resource Information Systems. This role focuses on optimizing HR applications through project coordination, system enhancements, automation, and technical support to increase overall efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and implement small-scale HRIS projects
- Recommend, test, and deploy system improvements
- Support data reporting, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations and system configurations
- Design tools/templates to support consistent data entry and application use
- Increase efficiency through automation and leveraging new technologies
- Provide technical support to HR team members and other stakeholders
- Maintain and update Workday business processes, security roles, and organizational structures
- Create and manage custom reports and dashboards within Workday
- Perform data audits, integrity checks, and mass data loads using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
- Support Workday system updates, including testing and documentation of new features
- Troubleshoot Workday-related issues and provide end-user support and training
- You have at least 5 years of experience working with HR systems or in a healthcare analyst role
- Required: Strong Workday technical experience on an HRIS team
- You’re a problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills
- You can work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Preferred: Experience with Workday, Kronos, and SQL
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by continuous improvement
