Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis proficient in Liquidity and Fed reporting and enhance business processes
Job Description
Team collaboration documentation and communication Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional requirements Provide expertise in data visualization and business intelligence to support strategic decisionmaking Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices during analysis and solution design
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather analyze and document detailed business requirements Develop and maintain business process models and documentation illustrating current and future states Design and propose technical and process solutions using BO and Other tools that meet business needs Create and present reports dashboards and insights to stakeholders and executives to support decisionmaking Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions Participate in testing and validation of new systems and enhancements to ensure alignment with business requirements Identify and recommend process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization initiatives Monitor project progress and communicate updates risks and issues to relevant stakeholders Stay updated with emerging trends in business analysis and related technologies to enhance role effectiveness
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
