We are searching for an experienced Spot Welder at our Woodbury, Minnesota facility.
This position pays: $20-$21 an hour

Responsibilities
- Set up machines to exact specifications and prepare machines for production. Operate various projection welding machine setups. Work performed under general direction.
- Arrange job parts by line number and by like pieces for processing.
- Check all dimensions, locations of hardware cutouts, and frame handing for accuracy.
- Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees, as well as the end-user.
- Install all required reinforcements, including but not limited to, hinge and strike reinforcements, various kinds of anchors, corner gussets, closer reinforcements, and door stiffeners.
- Proper packing, labeling, bundling and tagging of the products if needed. Mark identification information on material for communication with fellow employees, as well as the end-user.
- Must be proficient at reading work orders.
- Some MIG welding experience is required, but certification is not required. We will train the right candidate.
- A concern for safety and quality control is a requirement.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
