Our purpose is to care, grow, and win together We are looking for a Senior Assets Protection Operations Manager (SAPOM) in our Global Supply Chain team. This role involves managing a team responsible for executing Assets Protection routines and initiatives to create secure environments and protect Target's profitability. Your responsibilities include ensuring a secure work environment, preparing for security incidents and crises, collaborating with building leaders to mitigate shortages, investigating and resolving thefts and frauds, building relationships with law enforcement and community agencies, and continuously improving operations through metrics and innovation. You will motivate and inspire your team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular constructive feedback. Strong communication and planning skills are crucial, and you will spend time on the floor observing and interacting with your team members Requirements: - 4-year degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of retail and/or supply chain loss prevention experience - Knowledge of physical security, investigations, and crisis leadership practices - Proven execution skills and ability to drive change - Experience influencing key business partners - Adaptability and ability to work in high-intensity situations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): Target is committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the application process to comply with applicable laws.
