Reporting to the Sr. Director, E-commerce, the Sr. Manager, E-Commerce is responsible for leading the development and execution of Red Bull’s E-Commerce brand marketing strategy across pureplay, delivery, and brick-and-click platforms. You will own the e-commerce brand content and asset development and management for all e-commerce platforms, including channel-agnostic evergreen assets to drive best-in-class brand presence and consistency with the shopper. You will work with cross-functional partners, including E-Commerce Sales, Advertising, Product Marketing, Beverage Initiatives, and the broader marketing organization (Sports, Culture, and Media Network) to help create business plans and develop activations for this emerging channel.

DEVELOP, DELIVER, AND EXECUTE E-COMMERCE BRAND PLANS ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS

Collaborate internally with key functions in the Sales and Marketing organization to build holistic marketing assets (e.g. Product, Occasions and/or Consumer Activations) that draft off national priorities for relevant e-commerce platforms Own the brand message throughout the shopper journey to ensure Red Bull is engaging the shopper with the right message through the different shopping stages Deliver best-in-class ‘always on’ digital brand strategy, A+ content, and ensure operational compliance for all e-commerce platforms Use consumer and shopper insights to recommend the right brand content and asset strategy to drive conversion across different audiences and placements at all e-commerce platforms Manage external agency relationships to deliver best-in-class creative to this emerging channel Create and develop innovative ways of leveraging existing digital capabilities to create differentiated programs that engage consumers and increase brand relevance

MEASURE, ANALYZE, IMPROVE BY MAXIMIZING REACH AND ENSURING ROI

Partner with sales to establish a process to measure e-commerce content and asset effectiveness across the channel Partner with external agencies to conduct retailer insights and make strategic recommendations to implement, test learn, and optimize Work with media and eCommerce teams to develop a full-funnel content and asset strategy in eComm, which drives Red Bull’s lower funnel marketing metrics of purchase conversion and loyalty Establish objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to drive and measure program performance Identify business case opportunities and develop a rationale to inform programming decisions Analyze performance to deliver actionable conclusions and optimize future programs

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Collaboration and partnership with Sales to activate best-in-class programming, and optimizations, and identify opportunities to expand Red Bull’s E-Commerce footprint into additional customers and new-to-world formats Partner with Red Bull Media Network to help support and drive scale with content properties across Sports, Gaming, and Culture initiatives Be a resource to the broader brand team in all things e-commerce to educate, inform, and advise

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Establish the objectives, key results, processes, timing, necessary assets, and workflow needed to ensure a high-functioning team Ensure Ecommerce Specialist develop campaigns that are grounded in business priorities and consumer insights and that the brand is being communicated (i.e., brand consistency and standards) Motivate Advertising Specialists in the execution of their campaigns, encouraging them to meet and surpass their goals Provide constant mentorship and coaching for professional development Foster a creative and results-based culture

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Develop and/or source all creative needed to ensure perfect POSA 2.0 scores, adhere to retailer guidelines and best practices, and launch the campaign on time and on strategy Guide team in managing the creative development processes across all necessary places and placements across Social, WebTV, Digital Display, On-Site, Brand Pages and SEM Ensure creative meets brand standards Vet all creative through the mandatory legal process for proper ATL clearance purposes QA/Proofread all assets Strategic lead POC for all eCommerce creative agency partners Support team in the facilitation of creative review & approval processes, from conception, through to production, trafficking, and launch Guide and inspire teams to re-imagine the creative development process, by identifying gaps and opportunities within our existing efforts and assessing/highlighting creative examples to constantly enhance our consumer-facing communications Ensure accurate budget management and tracking for concepting and production

ECOMMERCE EXECUTIONAL STANDARDS AND BEST PRACTICE SHARING

Interface with Global team to ensure consistency with existing brand standards, learn and apply best practices from other countries, and share out best in class programming from the U.S. Monitor and improve our on-site presence across managed and supported ecommerce customers to ensure we are achieving our “Look Like #1” goal Lead and responsible for all brand content for total ecommerce (Retail.com and Amazon). Inclusive of: brand images, copy (evergreen, shopper journey stages, customer specific), enhanced content. Lead a team to manage training and platform management with our vendor partners, i.e.: Salsify and Syndigo, to provide 100% updated content and copy points for syndication across multiple retail partners Lead Ratings & Reviews with partner platforms (Bazaarvoice) Manage reviews and proactive seeding of new product reviews before launch to drive awareness and buzz

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably with a lifestyle brand
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands-on, solutions oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with E-Commerce operating models (Amazon, Delivery platforms, Brick & Click)
  • Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects across sales and marketing
  • Operate comfortably within the domain of Information Technology…” techy by nature”
  • Sales-orientation, understands sales drivers and connections between executional data and performance
  • Analytical background and ability to analyze complex trends and data
  • Experience managing external partners to high quality of execution
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The base salary range for this position is $136,896 to $151,304 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
