As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a talented Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our efforts in Davie, Florida.
Position Overview
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our multifamily residential projects in Davie, Florida. From initial planning to project completion, you will be responsible for ensuring that our developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site construction activities.
– Lead a multidisciplinary project team, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors, to achieve project goals and milestones.
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards, ensuring adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
– Implement effective risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
– Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration on-site, promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
– Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
– Monitor project performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
– Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from conception to completion, preferably in the multifamily housing sector.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members at all levels.
– Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in Davie, Florida.
