Job Description

Our dynamic Finance team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This role is more than just crunching numbers - you’ll manage key accounting processes, ensure accurate reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of accounts receivable and account payable (AR/AP) - Including invoicing, dispute resolution, vendor/customer communications
• Monitor AR Aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections
• Assist in financial close processes including preparing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate general ledger records through routine bookkeeping
• Support financial reporting efforts, including variance analysis and reconciliations
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager and other stakeholders on ad hoc projects
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and revenue recognition
• Experience with accounting software
• Such as: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Rippling, Certify, Vena, or similar
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Think: Advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling
• Basic knowledge of, or interest in, SaaS accounting standards
• Hands on experience working in Accounting or Finance

What We Offer

• Estimated base salary range $75,000 - 100,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
