You will be the Subcontract Program Management Manager for the Program Management team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts and overseeing critical subcontracted systems for various programs, including the M270 Fleet Expansion Program and HIMARS.

- Developing sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans
- Directing all phases of the subcontract, from business case development to program execution
- Making decisions affecting subcontractor performance and establishing milestone objectives
- Managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications
