We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst with advanced skills in Power BI to join our energetic team. You will work closely with supply chain management, import/export trade compliance, logistics, engineering, operations and suppliers to gather insights. You will optimize data around products, trade compliance, governmental regulations, environmental standards and supply chain.

This position will sit onsite full-time in New Haven, CT at ASSA ABLOY Americas corporate headquarters reporting to the Director of Logistics and Transportation and serve the Commercial Segment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Utilize Power BI to create insightful reports and dashboards that enhance visibility into supply chain metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights through data visualization.
  • Develop and maintain data models and queries to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop automated reports to streamline reporting processes.
  • Support strategic decision-making by presenting findings and recommendations derived from data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and Power BI usage.
  • Other tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-years of experience in the Supply Chain field with demonstrated analytical background.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX formulas, data visualization, SQL and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards).
  • Occasional domestic travel may be required.
