- Responsibilities include interviewing patients, explaining procedures, obtaining preoperative consents, verifying services, scheduling pre-admission tests, and documenting schedules and instructions.
- The role requires at least 3 years of surgical posting experience, proficiency in insurance and EMR systems, excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a caring attitude.
- Travel to various sites within the region may be necessary.
- Qualifications include strong knowledge of medical terminology, attention to detail, and HIPAA compliance.
