Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with SynVivo's products and services. Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to generate sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about SynVivo's products and services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns and other outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
• Provide support to field sales representatives and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate SynVivo's value proposition.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related Life Science field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is beneficial but not required.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
