The Systems Support Specialist will play a key role in providing technical support and maintaining the functionality and security of our organization's systems. This individual will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively to support the business needs.
The Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing training to users as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
Monitor system performance and security, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security policies.
Assist in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with other IT staff to develop training materials and provide training to users.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in system support to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
