As our Talent Futurist, you'll join our global human resources collective and function as the strategic nexus between our business vision and talent marketplace, anticipating talent needs before they arise and designing pathways to secure tomorrow's leaders today.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy Integration:
    • Serve as a C-suite talent strategist, aligning talent acquisition initiatives with our long-term business vision and translating organizational strategy into pioneering talent approaches
  • Talent Intelligence Leadership:
    • Develop predictive talent insights through market analytics and competitive intelligence to position our organization ahead of talent curves and industry shifts
  • Strategic Talent Pipeline Architecture:
    • Design and implement avant-garde talent attraction frameworks that create sustainable, diverse talent ecosystems rather than just filling immediate needs
  • Candidate Experience Innovation:
    • Reimagine the candidate journey as a strategic brand touchpoint, crafting memorable experiences that transform candidates into brand ambassadors regardless of hiring outcomes
  • Talent Community Cultivation:
    • Establish and nurture vibrant talent communities that transcend traditional recruitment, creating engagement platforms that connect potential talent with our organizational purpose
  • Decision Science Application:
    • Provide data-driven strategic counsel to leadership using advanced talent analytics and market intelligence to shape organizational design and workforce evolution
  • Digital Transformation Leadership:
    • Pioneer the integration of emerging technologies like AI, predictive analytics, and digital engagement tools to revolutionize our talent acquisition approach
  • Employer Brand Storytelling:
    • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling employer narratives that authentically communicate our values and differentiate our talent brand in competitive markets
  • Talent Ecosystem Design:
    • Partner with HR Operations to create seamless integration between talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a coherent employee experience from first contact
  • Strategic Project Catalyst:
    • Lead transformational talent initiatives that challenge conventional recruitment paradigms and establish new benchmarks for excellence
  • Total Rewards Strategy Partnership:
    • Work with the Compensation Team to design innovative value propositions that appeal to diverse talent segments beyond traditional compensation models
What We Expect

You Would Ideally Embody The Following Qualifications & Capabilities

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or equivalent strategic experience
  • 5-8 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership, with demonstrated experience in talent strategy development within global financial ecosystems
  • Proven ability to function as a trusted strategic advisor who can influence C-suite decisions through compelling talent narratives and data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated success in designing disruptive talent acquisition approaches that have measurably transformed organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional adaptability in dynamic environments with the capacity to maintain strategic focus amid competing priorities
  • Masterful relationship orchestration skills that build authentic connections across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Superior communication capabilities with the ability to articulate complex talent concepts in compelling, accessible ways
  • Advanced proficiency in digital talent platforms with the vision to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage
  • Sophisticated problem-solving approach that balances analytical rigor with creative thinking
