Pelican is seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This is an opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, creating innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping shape the future of Pelican's workforce.

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, technical, manufacturing, and operational roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top active and passive talent
  • Build strong talent pipelines through networking, market research, referrals, social media, and recruiting technologies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews throughout the hiring process
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, coaching hiring managers on recruiting best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
  • Create compelling job advertisements, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives that attract top talent
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to develop and maintain job descriptions and hiring requirements
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring success
  • Leverage ATS, sourcing tools, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to improve recruiting outcomes
  • Support onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a full-cycle, in-house Corporate Recruiter within a similar organization of size and industry recruiting for various departments and positions ranging from entry level to senior leadership.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in performing Boolean searches, passive recruitment, social media recruitment strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Proven ability to strategize and operate effectively in a high-volume corporate recruiting environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well versed in utilizing various Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM’s.

Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability plans, and matching 401k to eligible employees.
