As a Talent Engagement Partner, you won’t just post jobs and wait for applicants—you’ll be the proactive connector between Keep Supply and the exceptional talent we’re looking to hire.

You’ll focus on candidate outreach, relationship-building, and guiding candidates through a top-notch hiring experience. Whether it’s reaching out to passive candidates, refining sourcing strategies, or ensuring seamless coordination with hiring managers, you’ll help shape our growing team and strengthen our employer brand.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Proactive Talent Outreach

  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and creative sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs
  • Tailor outreach messaging to attract diverse and qualified candidates
  • Track outreach campaigns and measure effectiveness

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and potential additions to our team culture.
  • Engage Predictive Index as part of the hiring process for all roles, establishing the best profile fits.
  • Manage job postings and inbound applications
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support decision-making processes
  • Communicate with candidates regularly to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Keep all job descriptions up to date and manage position records within our HCM.

Talent Engagement & Employer Branding

  • Serve as a brand ambassador in all candidate communications
  • Represent Keep Supply at industry events, job fairs, and virtual networking sessions (as needed)
  • Support initiatives that enhance Keep Supply’s employer brand and visibility in the market

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide regular hiring metrics and pipeline updates to leadership
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the hiring process for speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition heavily preferred - similar experience may suffice.
  • Proven ability to engage passive candidates and build relationships with both candidates and community partners.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Requires proven experience staying organized in fast-paced, continually changing environments.
  • A passion for connecting people with opportunities that will propel them forward.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of their careers.
  • Creative mindset with a “get it done” mentality.
  • Strong Google Suite or Microsoft office skills.
  • Comfortable navigating and adopting new technologies with ease.
  • Mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement with the willingness to share thoughts and ideas.
