Do you enjoy talking about the Disneyland Resort, helping Guests feel prepared for their visit, and giving clear direction that makes their experience easier? Theme Park Experience Services Cast Members provide outstanding Guest service through phone by assisting with Resort information, digital tools, and online troubleshooting.

In this role, you will help Guests navigate the Disneyland Resort App, website, MyDisney accounts, theme park tickets, park reservations, Magic Key offerings, and other online planning tools. A typical day may include answering back-to-back phone calls, researching information, and guiding Guests step-by-step through digital processes in a fast-paced call center environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys problem-solving, and can explain information clearly while maintaining a warm, patient, and professional tone. Cast Members should be able to use multiple systems and resources, provide accurate Disneyland Resort information, troubleshoot online concerns, and help Guests move forward with confidence.

Responsibilities

Theme Park Experience Services Cast Members are knowledgeable about Disneyland Resort theme parks, policies, products, and digital platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, technical comfort, and the ability to provide helpful direction through both verbal and written interactions.

This position works onsite at the Disneyland Resort Travel Sales Center in Anaheim, California.

Job Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Support Guests with the Disneyland Resort App, website navigation, MyDisney accounts, and other digital tools
  • Provide information and Guest assistance related to Disneyland Resort theme parks, Downtown Disney District, and Resort Hotels
  • Assist with theme park tickets, ticket upgrades, special event tickets, and theme park reservations
  • Help Guests modify or cancel theme park reservations using available systems and resources
  • Support Guests with linking tickets, theme park reservations, dining reservations, and other Resort planning tools
  • Provide assistance with MyDisney account creation, account lookup, password resets, and related account support
  • Troubleshoot account, website, mobile app, and online experience concerns
  • Provide Magic Key Member support, including online purchases, theme park reservations, and monthly payment questions
  • Actively listen to Guest needs, ask thoughtful questions, and identify appropriate next steps
  • Guide Guests through digital processes in a clear, patient, and easy-to-understand manner
  • Communicate professionally through both phone and live chat interactions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach while assisting Guests in a high-volume environment
  • Use multiple systems and resources to research information, document interactions, and support Guest needs
  • Work independently while following established guidelines, procedures, and service standards

Basic Qualifications

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm, positive, and empathetic during Guest interactions
  • Comfortable using technology and guiding others through websites, mobile applications, online accounts, and digital tools
  • Skilled at troubleshooting technical questions and providing step-by-step support
  • Ability to learn, navigate, and use multiple software systems while assisting Guests
  • Experience using computers, websites, mobile applications, email, chat applications, or similar digital tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to clearly explain Resort information, products, services, policies, and processes to Guests
  • Knowledge of Disneyland Resort theme parks, Downtown Disney District, Resort Hotels, products, and offerings
  • Ability to actively listen, identify Guest needs, and provide helpful direction using available resources
  • Comfortable assisting with back-to-back phone calls and simultaneous chat/message interactions in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently while following established guidelines, procedures, and service standards
  • Previous sales experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center, contact center, technical support, or similar high-volume environment
  • Previous experience providing technical support or digital troubleshooting assistance
  • Detailed knowledge of Disneyland Resort offerings, including theme park tickets, reservations, Magic Key, mobile app features, and Resort planning tools
  • Previous experience using multiple computer systems or applications as part of daily job responsibilities
  • Experience supporting Guests or customers through phone, chat, email, or messaging platforms

Additional Information

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY

Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
