Location: Corporate - Beaverton, OR 100% onsite
Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts to attain annual sales volume and margin goals in support of achieving long term Foodservice sales objectives and initiatives.
Essential Position Functions
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required and a minimum of 7 years of foodservice marketing experience is required. Project management experience is required. Foodservice field sales experience is preferred.

Title: Trade Marketing Manager

Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead marketing efforts to attain annual sales volume and margin goals in support of achieving long term Foodservice sales objectives and initiatives.
Essential Position Functions
- Manage all digital assets, including the Foodservice website, Reser’s Connect and Reser’s Connect+, and recommend opportunities for enhancements.
- Responsible for development and management of critical sales and marketing collateral on behalf of all appropriate audiences, including customer presentations.
- Develop, implement, and manage all marketing initiatives to generate sales growth and market share increases. Assess results and recommend improvements.
- Lead and manage agency partner assignments, including budgeting and designing scope of work.
- Conduct needed research & analyses related to competitive activity and industry trends, with prepared recommendations.
- Champion all marketing content related to Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the development of annual Foodservice marketing plan.
- Manage all social media related activities.
- Manage all event related activities and assets, including trade shows, special training sessions and meetings.
- Provide leadership role in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Lead content direction of quarterly newsletters.
- Manage all marketing aspects of Foodservice packaging projects and new product launches.
- Performs special projects and other related duties, as assigned.

- Knowledge of Foodservice environment, including Operators, Brokers, and Distribution.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship management.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and collaboratively, both internally and externally with all key stakeholders including distributors, customers, and brokers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Office environment.
- Travel up to 15% of the time.
- Business demands may require evening and/or weekend scheduling.
