Clauser Tree Care is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Tree Climber with strong knowledge of ANSI A300 pruning standards. This role is perfect for an experienced arborist who thrives on delivering high-quality pruning work from both bucket trucks and while climbing. You'll join a team dedicated to expert tree care across residential and commercial properties, primarily performing fine pruning and occasional small removals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform tree pruning and fine canopy maintenance in accordance with ANSI A300 standards
• Operate from a bucket truck and climb trees as needed for job completion
• Execute safe and effective rigging techniques for limb removal
• Conduct small tree removals using appropriate gear and equipment
• Follow company safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and equipment inspections
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional climbing experience
• Proficiency in pruning techniques for tree health and structure (willing to train the right candidate)
• Experience with rigging and removals in residential/commercial settings
• Valid driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
