The Director of Media, CRM and Loyalty at Vans will lead the strategic vision and execution of media, CRM, and loyalty initiatives. This will require a leader with a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing media investments to achieve business objectives.

$168,480.00 USD - $210,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. This will require a leader with a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing media investments to achieve business objectives.

- Develop and lead the overarching media, CRM, and loyalty strategy to support Vans brand and business goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to the team, fostering innovation and excellence in media planning, CRM management, and loyalty program development.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive media strategies across brand and performance channels.
- Ensure media campaigns are effectively planned, bought, and optimized to reach and engage the target audience, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Lead negotiations with media partners to secure optimal placements and rates.
- Direct the monitoring and analysis of media campaign performance using advanced data-driven insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide strategic recommendations and regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Foster strong collaboration with other marketing teams, including Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated media campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies to execute media plans effectively and ensure alignment with the brand's overall strategy.
- Act as a key liaison between media, CRM, and loyalty functions and other departments to drive integrated marketing efforts.
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Oversee the design and implementation of loyalty programs that drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
- Manage and mentor a team of media, CRM, and loyalty professionals, fostering a culture of growth and development.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in media strategy, CRM, and loyalty program management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving innovation and excellence.
