Position Summary
The Vice President, Corporate Accounts - Vaccines and Brand Rx is a strategic, senior-level leader responsible for driving gross and net sales growth across FFF Enterprises' Vaccines and Brand Rx portfolio. This role is accountable for delivering profitable, sustainable revenue through national and regional corporate accounts (B2B strategic partnerships) within Retail Pharmacy (Drugstore, Supermarket, Mass Merchant, Independent), Long-Term Care (LTC), National Physician Buying Groups (PBGs), and National Corporate Account Contracting entities - Private and Government
This individual holds full ownership of corporate sales and strategic relationship management for high-value, high-impact accounts, with a focus on building and expanding trusted partnerships with key national and regional Corporate Accounts. They will lead all phases of Corporate Accounts contracting-from strategic development and negotiation to execution and performance tracking-while actively participating in the Pricing Steering Council (PSC) to ensure alignment on pricing strategy and overall business objectives. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with FFF's Executive Leadership, Business Development, Portfolio Management, Pricing & Contracting, and Operations teams. The Vice President, Corporate Accounts is also expected to lead quarterly business reviews (external) and executive briefings (internal) to evaluate performance, communicate strategic direction, and maintain continuous alignment and engagement across the organization.
As a key contributor to FFF's annual strategic planning, financial forecasting, budget management, and monthly operating reviews (MORs), this individual brings deep expertise in industry trends, market dynamics, and evolving Corporate Account business models. The role is expected to define and deploy innovative GTM strategies, solutions, and services-delivering value and enhancing FFF's presence across existing and emerging corporate segments.
The individual will cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, aligned with FFF's organizational values. Serving as a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, working in close collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team and partners across the Commercial organization, including Business Development & Trade, Portfolio Management & Contract Operations, Customer Marketing & Sales Training, Sales & Customer Engagement, and Customer Experience & Communications.
Key Accountabilities: Ownership of Corporate Accounts financial forecasting, annual sales and strategic planning, cross-functional development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, crafting and communicating value propositions specific to FFF Enterprises' Corporate Accounts for the Vaccines and Brand Rx portfolio, leading Corporate Account engagement strategy, and developing data and insights driven business cases for high-value, high-impact corporate accounts.

Primary residence within the defined territory is required. May need to travel 50% or more of the time to grow and maintain Sales Funnel.
Employee shall provide a dedicated, private, and safe working space in his/her home as an office, in a non-bedroom location free of distractions, with appropriate and ergonomically correct furniture, all subject to FFF's approval (the "Home Office"). Employee shall obtain any necessary local governmental permits to allow work in the Home Office.

- Drive gross and net sales growth across FFF Enterprises' Vaccines and Brand Rx portfolio by developing and executing strategic plans. Own financial forecasting, annual sales planning, and delivery of sustainable, profitable revenue through national and regional Corporate Accounts - Retail. Ensure pricing, contracting, and channel strategies are aligned to expand market access and support FFF's position as a trusted distribution and access partner across high-value segments, including retail pharmacy, LTC, dermatology, PBGs, and Contracting entities.
- Serve as the senior relationship owner for high-impact corporate accounts. Lead executive-level engagement, strategic development, negotiation, and ongoing performance management across assigned customer base. Represent FFF in executive-level interactions with corporate customers and strategic partners. Promote the company's value proposition and enhance visibility in the marketplace through strategic partnerships and industry representation.
- Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of Corporate Account contracts and pricing strategies. Serve as a key member of the Pricing Steering Council (PSC) and Contract Work Group to ensure pricing decisions align with enterprise-wide financial and strategic objectives. Develop business cases and conduct profitability modeling to support decision-making and long-term account viability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Operations to ensure contract performance, compliance, and integration with broader commercial strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with Corporate Accounts-preferably face-to-face-to evaluate performance, reinforce strategic alignment, and strengthen relationships. Facilitate internal executive briefings to communicate performance trends, surface risks and opportunities, and ensure cross-functional alignment across FFF's commercial, operational, and leadership teams (MOR).
- Monitor market dynamics, customer trends, and healthcare policy developments to shape FFF's competitive positioning and readiness. Identify strategic opportunities and evolving business models, translating them into go-to-market solutions and commercial strategies. Support product expansion efforts in alignment with FFF's long-range growth ambitions and portfolio strategy.
- Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across Corporate Accounts - Vaccines and Brand Rx and collaborate closely with counterparts in Key Accounts, Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion, Trade, Market Access & Contracting. Provide commercial and operational leadership to drive execution, support strategic planning, and ensure alignment across executive, legal, finance, and supply chain teams. Lead internal briefings and monthly operating reviews (MORs) to track progress, ensure accountability, and promote a value-driven, inclusive culture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on FFF's Vaccines and Biological product lines, providing technical data, regulatory guidance, and product expertise to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ownership of proposal development for new business opportunities, including the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Collaboration with Business Development and Marketing to support training and launch activities for new products aligned with FFF's strategic objectives. The Vice President will coordinate major communications and promotional efforts to ensure successful product rollouts.
- Partnership with Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams, to execute demand planning and inventory management by forecasting product needs, communicating requirements, and ensuring adequate supply to meet customer expectations. Ongoing analysis of sales performance and customer trends will inform recommendations to optimize supply chain responsiveness.
- External representation of FFF Enterprises at trade shows, conferences, and key industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster strategic relationships.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field of study.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field id preferred.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical and/or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record in commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and management.
- Experience in P&L and/or financial accountability and forecasting, with the demonstrated ability to drive profitability and long-term Corporate Account value through disciplined fiscal engagement
- Experience in Brand and/or Customer Marketing, proven ability to assess and segment markets and customer types across therapeutic areas and various Classes of Trade.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in brand and/or customer strategic annual planning, and monthly forecasting, including development of financial models, variance analysis, and iterative forecast revisions to support customer and business needs - supporting executive decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, national and corporate accounts organizations, including Sales, Account Management, within high-growth, high-value, competitive markets.
- Deep experience in Contracting, including the development, negotiation, and execution of high-value contracts with complex customers, corporate level accounts, manufacturers, and group purchasing organizations.
- Strong background in Business Development, including negotiation and execution of B2B Agreements (DSAs); experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and/or corporate partnerships is preferred.
- Significant experience in business case development, leveraging data analysis and customer or market insights to formulate strategic recommendations, including senior-level presentations and supporting documentation to guide decision-making and leadership alignment.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial reimbursement models, including both buy-and-bill and prescription (pharmacy and medical benefit) channels.
- Exceptional communicator/presenter with the ability to establish clear direction and priorities, and present work in a well-structured and organized manner. Skilled in maintaining open, two-way dialogue to uncover needs and foster collaboration
