JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time

VP of Operations based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in

Appleton! After initial onboarding onsite, this position could have the

opportunity for hybrid (3 days onsite/week, 2 remote) work

consideration. The VP of Operations is a key member of the Retail

Experience team, in partnership with the CXO, responsible for overseeing

and optimizing the operational functions of the credit union. This role

ensures the efficient delivery of high-quality financial services while

maintaining regulatory compliance and enhancing member satisfaction. Key

areas of oversight include: Card Services; ATM Operations; Quality

Control; and Member Payment Systems. Experience leading a Member Support

Center (Call Center) team is a plus. The primary responsibilities of the

VP of Operations role include but are not limited to: Promoting and

upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values, stewarding our

intentional culture Engaging, developing, and supporting your team by

being a leader of leaders, focusing on coaching and development of your

direct leaders in support of their overall leadership and professional

growth and development goals Analyzing various statistics and the use of

technology in all areas of operation and making recommendations for the

efficient operations and growth of the credit union Overseeing the

development, implementation, and maintenance of the operational

procedures to maximize efficiency and quality of work Working with the

CXO in identifying trends in the industry, instituting new programs or

products, and evaluating products, services, fees, and rates Overseeing

product development for the credit union; analyzing the market strategy,

cost structure, pricing, technology system setup, training, and

profitability of the product Responsible for understanding debit card

data and analytics surrounding interchange which includes driving

campaigns to increase usage Overseeing all payment systems for accurate

and timely posting Keeping up to date with all changes in technology and

recommending new solutions that align with the credit union Overseeing

ATM systems and ensuring the highest quality of ATM service to our

members Ensuring regulatory compliance Candidates for the VP of

Operations position should possess: A college degree or equivalent in

financial and management experience Five to ten years of similar or

related experience The ability to motivate or influence others is a

material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and

trust. A high level of interpersonal skills is critical to the success

of this position. Excellent organization, time management, and

communication (written/verbal) skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
