- Capable of developing a book of business in the next 5 years that is over $50 million in gross revenue
- Manage resources and staff, develop and attain sales goals, deliver customer service, and grow the location's revenues and operating income
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of staff at location
- Full P&L management and responsibility of location
- Create effective strategies for meeting the goals of the location and organization.
- Show excitement for growing the business and acquiring new customers
- Analyze financial records, plan and follow a budget
- Show creative problem-solving
- Regularly assess and update resources and tools to better serve staff, company and clients
- Proven experience and success in logistics sales and operations
- 3-5 years in the third-party logistics and transportation industry
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience
- Experience building and scaling teams and systems
- Experience setting overall strategy and driving process improvement
- Multi-team management experience
- Previous P&L responsibility preferred
