Key Responsibilities:
Part-Time: $15 - $18 per hour
Full-Time: $20 - $24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to recorded audio/video files and transcribe verbatim or edited versions based on client specifications.
- Ensure timestamps, speaker labels, and formatting comply with style guides.
- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Research terminology for accuracy, especially industry specific jargon.
- Upload completed transcripts to secure client portals and track task status.
- Communicate proactively with project managers to clarify project scope and deadlines.
- Excellent command of English, with strong grammar and punctuation skills.
- Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher; accuracy rate of 98%+.
- Comfortable learning new transcription software (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Active listening skills and the ability to discern multiple speakers.
- No experience required comprehensive onboarding and style guide training provided.
- Choose your workload: parttime (10-20 hrs/week) or fulltime (30-40 hrs/week).
- Work from any location; set your own daily hours.
