Pacific Bath is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our operational processes. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, maximize profitability, and drive customer satisfaction. You will oversee key operational functions, including developing KPIs, improving workflows, and ensuring alignment with business goals. As the VP of Operations, you'll play a critical role in shaping the company's operational future and ensuring high performance across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive measurable business growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Standardize organizational structure and roles to align with best practices.
  • Analyze backlog churn/cycle times to ensure revenue goals are met.
  • Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve operational success.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer retention and NPS scores.
  • Update and align SOPs with evolving business processes.
  • Manage operational teams and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate operational improvements.
  • Ensure continuous process improvement and cost optimization across operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in P&L ownership and operational leadership.
  • Proven experience with Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) management.
  • Strong background in managing customer satisfaction, escalations, and negotiations.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing KPIs to drive operational performance.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
  • Experience in process improvement and aligning SOPs with industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
