Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and management organization. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for LegitScript by developing and scaling our product portfolio across payments, marketplaces, and advertising platforms. Reporting directly to the CPTO, the VP of Product will oversee a team of product managers and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience driving product-market fit, leading structured discovery and innovation, and building scalable, enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products in complex regulated environments.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive LegitScript’s multi-year product strategy aligned with business objectives and evolving market needs.
  • Identify white space opportunities across payments, ad networks, and marketplaces.
  • Prioritize roadmap investments balancing revenue growth, customer value, and technical scalability.
  • Champion structured product discovery frameworks (e.g. dual-track agile, Opportunity Solution Trees).
  • Institutionalize market validation processes, hypothesis-driven development, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Cultivate a culture of experimentation and iteration.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Partner with engineering and design leads to ensure a consistent, cohesive product development lifecycle.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Deeply understand customer pain points and use cases across segments.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory trends, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem shifts.
  • Serve as a thought partner to sales and customer success in go-to-market efforts.
  • Act as a key member of the product and technology leadership team, collaborating closely with the CPTO.
  • Help scale product operations and analytics infrastructure to support a maturing product org.
  • Contribute to executive planning and represent product priorities at the leadership level.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
  • Proven track record of developing and scaling B2B SaaS products, ideally in regulated or compliance-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated success finding and expanding product-market fit.
  • Deep experience with structured product discovery and innovation practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with pragmatic execution ability.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in or with platforms in the payments, marketplace, or digital advertising space.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and agile methodologies.
  • Empathy for end users and passion for solving complex problems.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, data-driven, high-ambiguity environment.
  • High integrity and alignment with LegitScript’s mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

In addition to competitive salaries, full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package:

  • Multiple Medical plans (one with $0 employee premium option), Dental & Vision plans
  • 401k with company match and immediate vesting
  • Generous paid time off package and 11 paid holidays
  • And much more!
