WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Assume responsibility for processing material waste of the unit
• Collect, sort, bail, dispose, and store waste in accordance with IKEA Sustainability guidelines
• Safely operate various material handling equipment
• Operate waste baler and other sustainability related tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfillment unit
• Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers
• Perform other duties assigned

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time

HOURS: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.50/hr

Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated driving aptitude in warehouse environment.
• You must have the ability to obtain IKEA’s forklift driver’s certification.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to operate and maintain the sweeper/scrubber machines.
