Are you looking for a professional and welcoming space for your wellness business?
We make it easy to offer your gifts to the community with our rental studio located in central St. Petersburg.
Both our event space and treatment rooms will help you elevate your business and build your professional image - without the high monthly overhead. Treatment rooms are available for Acupuncturists, PTs, OTs, Coaches, LMHCs and more. You handle all of your own bookings, payments and marketing and we will give you a space to thrive.
What is included?
A professional, welcoming, and beautiful space to reflect your growing brand.
960 sq feet and room for 20 yoga mats comfortably and about 10-12 massage tables for CEU providers.
Marketing visibility from our busy massage clinic and others coming through for other events
A collaborated social post (created by you) and story shares, but you must remind us by text that you've sent/shared it.
Solely will print and post an 8x11 color flyer in our lobby once it is sent to our email.
Please include a QR code or instructions on how to register, price, date and time.
Ample street parking- main front parking is reserved for the massage clinic until 7:15pm
Use Of The Event Space Includes The Following Equipment
Automatic up/down 100 inch projector screen
Yoga mats (20)
Spelt bolsters (20)
Turkish blankets (20?) some are floating around the massage clinic
cork yoga blocks (40)
meditation pillows (10+1 big one)
cushioned floor seats with backs (10)
faux rabbit fur bath mat sized rugs (10)
8 x 10 area rug -rolled and stored between far wall and shelf
eye pillows (15) with disposable covers which MUST be used to keep it hygienic
assortment of lacrosse balls, stretch straps, and knee cushions
regular chairs (about 35, kept in the kitchen)
folding table (kitchen)
Water fill station with multi stage filtration, hot water for teas etc.
Two bathrooms located in the back
Kitchen space located in the back- counter space, fridge and microwave
Please ask if you intend to use tables and chairs
