Position Overview

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Association Director to provide essential support for our Youth Employment Program. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Association Director to complete assigned data entry and analytic tasks efficiently and accurately.

Utilize various systems including UpBup, Spirit, EEC Lead Portal, ADP Microsoft suite online, and BASB Partner Portal to accomplish discrete and ongoing projects.

Independently manage your schedule and prioritize tasks to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

Proactively communicate any barriers hindering project completion to your supervisor to ensure timely resolution and project success.

Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling data sets, personal/member information, and accounts.

Undertake other remote projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the team's objectives.
