We are looking for a Cloud Solution Consultant to join HR Global Talent in the Technology, Analytics, and Insights team. As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will identify and implement proof of concepts and minimally viable products to solve business challenges in the Workday Human Capital Management and Analytics ecosystem.
- Learn and understand the Workday Human Capital Management and Analytics ecosystem.
Stay informed of changes in the ecosystem and supporting and evolving technologies.
Identify business challenges and ideate solutions with scale and user experience in mind.
Elicit and gather requirements.
Create proof of concepts and iterate to explore and demonstrate the art of the possible.
Scale proof of concepts to minimal viable products and beyond.
Share your expertise and build capability in others.
**Location: Remote / work from home / location free available.**
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
2+ years creative problem-solving skills paired with solution design and development experience using Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with structured, relational, or unstructured data practices using SQL and SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Azure Data Lake.
Ability and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of different mediums.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Text Analytics, Data Lakes or Chat Bots
Experience with Robotic Process Automation or Intelligent Automation
