The Role


The HRIS Analyst will play a lead role in the implementation of a new HCM system and will provide ongoing support of that system. Duties will include optimizing the performance of our HR systems, gathering data, and making recommendations based on performance metrics. The HRIS analyst will also design, document and train team members on new HRIS processes.


Essential Functions/Job Requirements:


  • Consulting with HR team members and other departments to determine HRIS needs.

  • Optimizing HR processes for the implementation of new software.

  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.

  • Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving applications issues.

  • Performing application upgrades and providing training and technical support.

  • Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.

  • Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Experience in documenting processes and in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.

  • Excellent communicator (oral and written) including the desire to ask questions and learn from co-workers.

  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems. (Workday experience required with implementation experience strongly preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred, not required)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field of study, and one to two years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
