The VP, Global Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement , is responsible for unlocking the value of sales to Signature Aviation by developing actionable insights, leveraging those insights to formulate segment strategy and associated value propositions, driving customer solutions, and ultimately enabling seller success through world-class sales tools, training, processes, and performance management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Oversee the development and communication of sales processes. Engage in continuous improvement of sales framework for greater effectiveness in driving a world-class sales organization.

  • Coordinate closely with the Commercial Planning team to ensure the broader global sales team leverages actionable sales analytics & insights to capture market opportunities.

  • Utilize sales insights to develop segment strategy, customer value propositions, and go-to-market plans.

  • Identify and develop solutions to increase sales excellence across the Global Customer Engagement organization, driving CRM utilization, sales competencies, and sales coaching.

  • Guide and manage resources to define, create and deliver relevant sales skill building, training, and development programs.

  • Lead B2B marketing to deliver superior customer communications, tradeshows & events, collateral, and integrations with Signature's broader digital efforts.

  • Direct the needs and oversight for the account management discipline across sales teams to drive customer relationships and deliver revenue.

  • Guide collaborative efforts with key internal stakeholders/departments, including but not limited to Revenue Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and Finance.

  • Plan, organize, and create sales team deployment plans within established budgets; establish goals, performance standards, cash and non-cash incentive programs, and operating procedures for assigned functions.

  • Lead the creation of department staffing plans and capital budgets.

Supervisory and Financial Responsibilities:

  • Primarily interacts with corporate executives in Revenue Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations

  • Daily interactions with individual contributors in professional roles

  • Regular interactions with key customers and other stakeholders
