Inside Sale Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial sales professional to join our Seacoast Sales Team. Our Inside Sales Representatives drive our Seacoast Electric Company's sales efforts by being the day-to-day contact with our customers. Seacoast's Inside Sales Representatives are proud, enthusiastic, and enjoy supporting electrical solutions for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard and Commercial Shipbuilders.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for prospecting, quoting, answering customer inquiries


• Establish and build relationships while providing world-class customer experience


• Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain products


• Help resolve customer problems, answer questions, and complete reports


• Prepare and present proposals and quotes


• Recommend products based on customer needs


• Quote and place orders


• Provide administrative assistance and support


• Analyze government and commercial contracts


• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor degree preferred


• The ability to communicate clearly and concisely


• Respond effectively to questions from executive leadership, management, staff, customers and vendors


• Excellent negotiating skills


• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals


• Ability to work at a fast pace, learn products, systems and sales processes


• Ability to work effectively with others while maintaining independent drive


• Core Microsoft Office Knowledgebase, MS Excel expertise preferred
