Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations, this role is critical in driving operational excellence across all Market Centers. This position is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, documenting technical requirements, and ensuring system updates align with SOPs, policies, and best practices. The Analyst will document application enhancement requests, identify execution gaps, and support field-level accountability, ensuring that all Strategic Operations directives and process improvements are consistently applied.

The Analyst, Strategic Operations plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, effective execution of operational strategies and field-level standards. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Operations, this role is critical in driving operational excellence across all Market Centers. This position is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, documenting technical requirements, and ensuring system updates align with SOPs, policies, and best practices. The Analyst will document application enhancement requests, identify execution gaps, and support field-level accountability, ensuring that all Strategic Operations directives and process improvements are consistently applied.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, technical guidelines, and system update requirements.
- Available to conduct on-site audits of Market Centers to validate the adoption and execution of key operational initiatives.
- Manage application enhancements and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Generate and maintain reports to monitor compliance, performance metrics, and KPI targets.
- Identify operational gaps and collaborate with local leadership to develop actionable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and Strategic Operations leadership, ensuring clear communication.
- Collect, synthesize, and report field-level feedback to refine strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate on-site training and coaching for frontline teams during rollouts or corrective actions.
- Partner with local leadership to maintain alignment with corporate strategic priorities.
- Support root cause investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver detailed audit findings and accountability reports following each Market Center visits or virtual meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of operational excellence and standardization.
- Strong understanding of field operations, service workflows, and applications.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and drive accountability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process consistency and procedural adherence.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying gaps and offering practical solutions.
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced field environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and SAP preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% on a regular basis, with up to 80% at peak times
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in an analyst, operations, compliance, or field role
- Prior experience conducting fit gap analysis, rolling out enterprise-wide applications, conducting audits, inspections, or procedural evaluations strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and enforce operational standards
- Experience working across multiple sites or locations preferred
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement certifications preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30% on a regular basis, with up to 80% at peak times
