This is where purpose meets performance.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and innovative Art Director to lead our visual strategy for digital campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing compelling creative concepts, guiding a talented design team, and ensuring all visual assets align with our brand identity and marketing goals.Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Concept Development: Lead the visual strategy and development of digital campaigns, ensuring all concepts are consistent with brand identity, storytelling objectives, and overall marketing goals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality, consistent creative output across all digital platforms. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, and eCommerce.

Execution of Digital Assets: Oversee the end-to-end design and production of a wide range of digital assets. This includes, but is not limited to, homepage creative, email graphics, social media visuals, display advertisements, and site takeovers.

Brand Consistency & Innovation: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines. Simultaneously, you'll be tasked with pushing creative boundaries and introducing innovative visual approaches to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and engaging in the dynamic digital landscape.

Creative Optimization & Feedback Loop: Utilize performance data and A/B testing results, along with engagement metrics, to continually refine creative approaches and drive continuous improvement in design effectiveness.

Qualifications

3-5+ years as a Art Director.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma a plus.

Deep understanding of digital platforms and asset specs (email, web, paid media, etc.).

Strong visual precision and attention to detail.

Experience supporting both professional and athleisure consumer brands.

Team-first mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
