Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing complex analysis to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency. Primary duties will include data collection, organization, and analysis that can improve business performance.

Qualification And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science).
  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Previous experience working with SAP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other BI tools.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Visual Basic or Python to facilitate collaboration with technical teams and better understand system logic.

  • Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and detailed oriented.
  • Data entry into various programs and tracking for a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and tasks quickly.
  • Ability to gather data then compose, type and proof reports, meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow and understand rules and work procedures.
  • Ability to read and concentrate via computer data entry typing and proofreading.
  • Highly dependable and punctual.
  • 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license and legally able to work in the U.S., pass a drug screen, physical and background check

Job Tasks

  • Connect multiple data sources, cleansing and preparing the data, sharing the data throughout the organization, and performing analysis to gain insights into business processes.
  • Gathering end user reporting and dashboard requirements.
  • Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve processes in the organization.
  • Monitoring high-quality and integrity data in the organization.
  • Create documentation for processes, procedures or tools developed, as well as provide training and support to different teams in the use of those procedures or tools.
  • Communicating insights to management and across the organization.
  • Support the implementation of SAP in the organization and ensuring the smooth daily routine of all SAP logistics processes, training and supporting the users and improving the processes in the company.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
