Job DescriptionThe Business Development Project Management Intern will help support the development of new products for client’s packaging programs. Job Requirements
o Assist in the planning and organization of new/existing business development projects.
o Help manage timelines, track project milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
o Coordinate between various teams, ensuring communication flow and project alignment.
2. Business Strategy Support:
o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help inform business development strategies.
o Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
o Analyze data to support the creation of business plans and development initiatives.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
o Help prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for stakeholders.
o Monitor and track the progress of ongoing business development initiatives.
o Maintain and organize project records and key information for easy access.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with various teams to align on project objectives and strategies.
o Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
5. Learning & Development:
o Participate in training programs and sessions that help build knowledge in business development and project management practices.
o Gain exposure to tools and software used in project management, like Microsoft Project, Wrike, Trello, or Asana.
- Current College Student or Recent Grad: Retail Studies, Business, Engineering or related degree.
- Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with basic project management principles and tools.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and tracking progress.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and work toward solutions in project execution.
