What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain impactful reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server.
• Translate business needs into data-driven reporting solutions that track KPIs for production, shipping, quality control, and inventory.
• Develop and manage ETL workflows to integrate data from ERP and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from the shop floor to sales — to identify opportunities for process improvements and visibility.
• Ensure accurate, accessible, and timely data to support smarter decision-making across the organization.
• Document solutions, champion best practices, and continuously evolve reporting tools to meet evolving needs.
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SQL).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and KPIs (OEE, throughput, scrap rates, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
• A self-starter mindset — comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
