RATE: \$9.00 PLUS TIPS The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is looking for fun,
outgoing and creative people to work on our team as part time
Mixologists in our restaurant, The 1844 Table & Mash, as well as our
Rooftop Bar, The Crow\'s Nest. We offer flexible work schedules, and for
those interested, cross-training in a variety of positions and the
opportunity to learn the hotel industry. Stella team members are
passionate about their work and also like to have fun! It\'s an \"all
hands-on deck\" kind of environment to get our jobs done. Our company

you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: Verify
identification and age requirements of customers. Take food and drink
orders and serve to customers. Mix traditional and creative cocktails
per hotel standard drink recipes. Create new recipes by combining
traditional knowledge with innovative ideas. Make suggestions based on
customer tastes and preferences. Maintain a clean working area, and wash
glassware and utensils. Process payments for customers. Build a rapport
with customers to create a positive atmosphere. The position is ideal
for someone with the following experience and qualities: One to two
years of previous bartending experience. Good personality and positive
interpersonal skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to
speak, read, write and understand English. Dependability and regular
attendance. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Food Handlers Card.
Have a current City of Kenosha Bartender\'s license or willing to obtain
