Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role will play a key part in designing and delivering actionable insights, developing robust reporting solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, SQL, and an understanding of working with a data warehouse (Snowflake).

Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without company sponsorship.

Must be about to work onsite in the corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana. (This role is not hybrid or remote).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders.
  • Design and implement reporting processes and workflows that align with organizational KPIs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define metrics, and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Utilize SQL to query, transform, and validate large datasets from various sources including data warehouses and operational databases.
  • Partner with data engineers and developers to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of underlying data models.
  • Provide insights through data exploration, statistical analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Monitor data integrity and proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Partner with accounting personnel on validation of dashboards and ensure accurate reporting of company information.
  • Support data governance, standardization, and documentation efforts.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a BI or data analysis role.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and performance tuning is preferred.
  • Experience working with data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Knowledge of data governance and master data management concepts.
