Position Overview

Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support for their inquiries, concerns, and requests. It’s imperative that you possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
