This position supports patient care under RN supervision, assisting with routine activities and clerical tasks.
- Responsibilities include helping with admissions, transfers, discharges, and preparing patient rooms.
- Ensures patient belongings accompany them and safely transports stable patients while maintaining confidentiality.
- Performs equipment and supply management, runs errands, and assists in creating a safe, comfortable environment.
- Follows skill-specific care tasks, reports changes in patient condition promptly, and responds to emergencies.
- Maintains organized supplies, communicates effectively with team, and adapts care to meet patients' individual needs.
- Requires a CNA license, BLS certification, high school diploma preferred, and prior patient care experience preferred.
