In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing basic technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders. Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing and chat softwares to provide support appropriately and document interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to provide solutions for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups, while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Meet revenue targets in supported region / territory
  • Understand and recognize basic customer analytical methods associated in multiple industries and provide technical solutions for assay development. Comprehend routine and complex testing to support timely product delivery to customers.
  • Engage in lead generation initiatives to identify and cultivate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), supporting pipeline growth for the broader sales team.

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science (such as Chemistry or Biology, etc) required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant Industry or Academic experience (at least 1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience + at least 1 year of chromatography and/or sample preparation experience in a lab setting preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and database management, and ability to quickly master new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Driven to succeed in collaborative settings, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
