Role Overview: The Clinical Educator deploys staff education within a designated specialty, aligning initiatives with system standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices. They enhance frontline staff performance through didactic and just-in-time training, supporting clinical performance and documentation accuracy.

- Facilitate the adoption of system programs and initiatives within the specialty.
- Deliver targeted staff education and resources, including coaching and coordination of learning opportunities.
- Partner with department leadership and subject matter experts to identify educational needs and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide feedback to support clinical best practices and electronic health record (EHR) optimization.
- Support onboarding processes and participate in hospital committees representing the specialty.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related experience preferred.
- Minimum three years of recent clinical experience in a specialty area such as critical care, emergency, perioperative, or medical-surgical.
- Experience in education and proficiency with EHR software required.
- Certifications including BLS and ACLS are mandatory; specialty certification preferred.
