Redwood Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Coordinator I to support our lending departments by managing post-closing documentation, member inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and business loan processes.

Compensation: Base starting range: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and interoffice memos
- Set up and scan loan files for electronic imaging
- Print and mail mortgage disclosures per regulatory timelines
- Process incoming loan documents and checks for payoffs
- Maintain organized loan files and vault records
- Schedule delivery/pickup of loan packages
- Prepare and submit quality control audit files
- Manage office supplies and storage logs
- Process re-conveyances and demand statements
- Safeguard sensitive member information
- Research and resolve basic post-closing inquiries
- Answer calls and direct to appropriate team members
- Represent RCU professionally in all interactions
