- Must have an accredited nursing program diploma, current RN license, BLS certification within 2 weeks, and other certifications within 6 months.
- Requires knowledge of age-specific care, strong communication skills, and adherence to patient rights.
- Reports to the Patient Care Director or Manager, working in a clean, well-lit environment with exposure to infectious agents.
- Physically capable of handling emergencies, prolonged standing/walking, patient transfers, and detailed visual/manual tasks.
