As a key contributor, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate functionality, aesthetics, and environmental stewardship. Your expertise will help guide the planning and development of thriving communities that enrich lives and create lasting impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Develop master plans, conceptual site layouts, and landscape designs for residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments.
• Conduct site analysis, including environmental, zoning, and land-use assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, developers, and municipal agencies to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
• Create compelling visual presentations, renderings, and illustrative plans to communicate design concepts.
• Participate in public engagement processes, client meetings, and design charrettes.
• Communicate with Director of Land Planning and product representatives.
• Develop solutions to policy and physical planning problems.
• Assist in the preparation of site feasibility studies and reports.
• Assist in developing project scopes and budgets.
  
  

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Licensure as Landscape Architect (preferred but not required).
• Three plus years of experience in land planning, community design, or landscape architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other land planning software.
• Strong design and visualization skills, with experience in creating high-quality graphics.
• Knowledge of zoning codes, land development processes, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and work on multiple tasks.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
