Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate construction costs and create scopes of work for multi-family residential buildings
- Evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate pricing and terms
- Track and manage purchase orders, delivery timelines, and invoices.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site supervisors to align procurement with project timelines.
- Proven experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction materials and estimating
