T he Corporate Events Manager is a highly visible and critical role. You will be a key support resource for internal and external corporate meeting experiences and events working with the CNH brands in North America. This unique opportunity supports a broad range of internal clients, as you will help facilitate corporate meetings, events, and trade shows from start to finish, including problem-solving, messaging logistics , and more. This role will lead experiences across all CNH corporate and brand organization levels, dealers, external organizations, and internal functions.
Position will be based out of one of our offices in Racine, WI.

The annual salary for this role is $81,000 - $109,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Responsibilities
- Manage the CNH relationship between key vendors
- Build, implement, and maintain event registration sites. Drive improvement of return on investment and efficiency of the experience.
- Support corporate trade shows, dealer events, and brand events with hotel sourcing, transportation/ logistics , catering, and other various tasks to develop and implement the optimal experience.
- Work with vendors, contract staff, and internal commercial services to arrange meeting space, deliverables, transportation logistics /set-up, equipment rental, and set-up and dismantling of the event, planning and coordinating the routing of display properties and products during events, and tracking and storing of event properties.
- Foster proactive communication and engagement with brands to manage projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of marketing and communications experience, including progressive experience running convention/trade show planning activities for "client-side" organizations, preferably in the capital goods or consumer durable goods industries
