We’re Cook Inlet Housing Authority – we develop, own, and operate a portfolio of affordable rental housing in the Cook Inlet region of southcentral Alaska. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll be our go-to person for all things legal and compliance. From proofreading high-profile documents to assisting with risk management programs, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our operations smooth, compliant, and top-notch. Some highlights include:

Ensuring our documents are flawless and professional.

Drafting and managing reports, filings, policies, and more.

Responding to inquiries with your quick thinking and expertise.

Helping deliver training that makes complicated topics simple.

Being a superhero for compliance assessments and risk management.

Always handling sensitive info with discretion and care.

The Basics

  • Education: An associate degree is preferred, but if you’ve got relevant experience, let’s talk!
  • Experience: 4+ years in an administrative or corporate setting (bonus points if it’s as a paralegal or in legal and compliance).
  • Location: This position is based in Anchorage, AK, and primarily operates in-office. Flex scheduling and/or hybrid options may be available.
