We're seeking a talented Creative Designer for one of our top clients, focusing on packaging and print design for private-label brands and in-store marketing initiatives. This role requires a designer with a strong background in retail packaging, print materials, brand consistency, and store signage, along with some animation skills to enhance visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Creative Manager to develop engaging packaging designs and store signage that elevate the in-store experience.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, copy, and marketing teams to deliver strategic, brand-aligned visual solutions across multiple media.
• Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and adheres to marketing best practices.
• Independently manage multiple design projects, balancing deadlines and creative direction.
• Present design concepts and strategy to leadership, persuasively communicating ideas to gain buy-in.
• Coordinate with production teams to prepare final files for print, incorporating feedback and ensuring flawless execution.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in packaging design, print design, and retail-focused creative work; animation or social content experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, responsiveness to feedback, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, large-format print preparation, and knowledge of CMYK/digital print processes.
• Familiarity with digital and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Pinterest) is a plus.

Compensation: $35-$37/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
